The ASPIRE Workgroup
NAF’s ASPIRE initiative seeks to develop a cohort of model Academies to serve as exemplars for the larger network and as a potential set of study sites for a national study of career academies conducted by MDRC. Participating school sites will be centered on: career themed small school design; meaningful career exposure and experiential learning through partnerships; and strong, student centered teaching and learning that integrates career readiness and college preparation.
