Academy Directors
Academy Directors provide on–the–ground leadership to each Academy and are the heart blood of any successful Academy program. Directors find ways to make the individual Academy’s resources meet NAF’s Academy model through creative problem solving and working with their Regional Director. They are responsible for program development, site staff development, recruiting staff and students, coordinating paid student internships, advocating program support, completing all mandated data collection and evaluations, and maintaining a local program that reflects NAF’s mission and beliefs.
